I know I probably sound like a broken record because I say every resource is my favorite resource ever but I just can’t pick! So I’ll rephrase – this is one of my favorite resources ever. These File Folder Activities to Work on Sequencing are one of my favs because they are hard! Yes I’m an evil teacher and yes I love torturing my students. Kidding. I mean challenge my students. However that may equate to torture for some of my kiddos…
These file folders are leveled from simple to more complex to accommodate all types of learners and to assist with teaching the skill of sequencing.
File folder activities included are:
– First, Next {match the last step with the first}
– What Comes Next {2 steps for each sequence}
– Put in Order 1 {3 steps for each sequence – basic}
– Put in Order 2 {3 steps for each sequence – intermediate}
– Put in Order 3 {3 steps for each sequence – advanced}
Your speedy bee workers can’t rush through these babies. You’ve gotta stop and think! Check out the video preview of our File Folder Activities to Working on Sequencing and challenge your kiddos too –

I think you are amazing! I am a first year teacher, and teaching HS Autism Behavioral support.My background is in Emotional Disabilities, but I fell in love with this population. This year we spent so much time on routines and getting everything in line to be successful, now I am finding my students true levels and your blog has so many great ideas, I am able to expand and adapt for my classroom and students needs!
Meg! This sweet comment made my day! Thank you so much for reading. I am SO glad you have found my website helpful 🙂
