You know what I get sick of? Velcro. Cutting velcro, sticking velcro, paying for velcro, the backings that always get stuck to your clothes. Sometimes velcro and I need a break. We aren’t breaking up. No crazy thoughts. Velcro will always hold a special place in my heart but sometimes we need space. The perfect solution to this problem are – sorts! Sorts are an interactive way to work on a variety of skills. I love sorts because kids can’t memorize the order, they are a breeze to set up, and you can work on basically any skill with these stellar resources. My Easy Math Sorts are one of my favorites for targeting basic math skills!
I created some sorts for even my lowest level learners. Gotta share the lovin’ with everyone. These are perfect for basic math skills. It makes math fun and engaging with these hands-on math sorts – even when working on basic skills! This packet has 4 types of sorts: counting, big/little, coins, and number identification. Students sort pieces that count up to a certain number, sort big items and small items, sort different images of the same coin, and sort by number.
Easy Math Sorts contains:
- 5 counting sorts
- 5 coin identification sorts
- 5 number identification sorts
- 5 big/small sorts
