Every month I unearth my seasonal treasures and I get a bit giddy at the new holiday based goodies. Christmas is my favorite holiday (cliche I know) and I cannot wait to crack out our December presents. Holiday themed file folder activities are a life-saver in my classroom. It’s easy for me to create seasonal fun for my higher functioning learners because there are loads of academic based ideas overtaking my pinterest newsfeed. Some of my other students still really need to focus on the basics and foundational skills so I don’t want to deviate too much from their instructional needs to delve into full-blown holiday mania. Holiday themed file folders hit both targets – seasonal fun and basic skills. Wham, bam, thank you ma’am.
The Christmas Themed File Folder Activities are adorable beyond belief. Give me a few reindeer and some brightly colored packages and I’m a happy elf. Doesn’t take much!
