As we have talked about this month, managing staff can be tricky. We want to create an environment that promotes respect, rapport, and positive learning for our students. A big obstacle to this can be appropriate cell phone use. If the cell phone is out, you likely aren’t taking data, implementing behavior plans, or interacting with the students.
